BIDDER DEPOSITS ON PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Bidder deposits, in the form of a cashiers check or company check, will be required for each lot to cover any real estate damage that may occur with the removal of purchased personal property lots. Please mail or deliver checks to Booker Auction Company, 31 Eltopia West Road, Eltopia, WA 99330.

Lot 5 - $10,000 made payable to Booker Auction Company
Lot 6 - $10,000 made payable to Booker Auction Company

A 5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the high bid(s) to determine the total contract selling price
